Manufacturing Process

Structure

First of all steel wire structure is moulded, subsiquently wood wool is wrapped on the wire structure with the help of fine thread.This structure lends shape & strength to the stuffed toys.

MODELING

Paper pulp is then impregeneted on the structure followed by slow and uniform drying.These handicrafted animals are thoroughly evaluated after the stage of Modeling with paper mache. Due care is taken for matching the contours and poses.We discard any such model which does not stand to the International quality parameters.

LEATHER MOUNTING

Only after the handicrafts have passed the quality standards they are mounted with handpicked and inspected fully tanned goat & sheep Leather skin.

COLOURING & FINISHING

Coloring and finishing is done in the Artistic Environment by specially trained people, exposed to the Natural life of animals. All the colours used by us are water base,permanent & from natural sources.Each handicraft is evaluated for the colors and finish before we consider it to enter the market.

POLISHING & LAQUERING

After colouring care is taken to have adequate thickness of LAQUER to protect the base colour & to enhance the shine of the product in a natural way and to safeguard the Handicraft from the effects of weather and make it resistant to damage. This process may sometimes be substituted (on request) by wax polishing to give a dull finish.

INSPECTION & PACKAGING

When we are fully assured on all quality parameters only then is the stuffed animal packed in eco friendly poly bags and finally in corrugated boxes. Packing is of International norms and standards to avoid any damange to the product in transit.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT

These stuffed animals(Handicrafts) are available in various sizes of 6'',10'',12'',15'',18'',24'', 30'',36'',42'', 48'',60'' . The sizes can be dictated by the customer demands. The approximate weight's are 100 GMs for 6'' , 500 GMs for 12', 1200 GMs for 18'', 5 kg for 24'' .
